Shipping policy

The Kid’s A Giant ships worldwide from Australia. Every piece is made to order.

Production

Once you place an order, production takes 3 to 7 business days before it ships.

Delivery

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves production.

International orders

We ship internationally. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

If you refuse a delivery because of those charges, the carrier may return the parcel to us or dispose of it. In either case we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, as your order was made specifically for you and the cost of production and shipping has already been incurred. This does not apply if your order was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate given at checkout, or arrives damaged, email hi@ghostedagency.com with your order number and we will help resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for how we handle faulty, damaged or incorrect orders.
